Public Health Emergency Extended Another 90 Days

On January 16, 2022, the Public Health Emergency (PHE) was extended for another 90 days, until April 16, 2022.  Their is no limit as to how many times the PHE can be extended.  This extension allows continuation of the 1135 Waiver, telehealth coverage for Medicare patients and so much more.  READ MORE
